EXCHANGE POLICY

DIAMOND JEWELLERY

  1. Agreement of exchange/return is subjected to the Quality Check (QC) of the ornament. QC requires a maximum period of 4 working days and the customers will be issued a receipt for the deposited jewellery.
  2. Any diamond jewellery purchased from Seira Juliet can be exchanged for other diamond jewellery within the first 30 days of sale with zero loss. Valid for one-time exchange only.

CASH BACK POLICY

  1. DIAMOND AND PRECIOUS GEM JEWELLERY: eira Juliet permits cash back in any of our outlets in India. Standard deductions in the respective region will be applicable.
  2. QUALITY CHECK: All exchange/buybacks will be subjected to a Quality Check (QC) by our QC department or by a certified laboratory. A maximum of 4 days will be required for the QC process.

GENERAL POLICIES

  1. We provide free lifetime maintenance and repair of our ornaments. Any replacement of stones, gold added and s other additions will be charged. Charges are exempted for manufacturing defects.
  2. The original slip should be produced at the time of product collection. Orders should be collected within 3 months from the date on the delivery slip.
  3. Refunding for purchases that are near completion is not encouraged under any circumstances. The management reserves the right to take the final decision in this regard.
  4. The original invoice of Seira Juliet should be produced for any return or exchange.
  5. Refunds for diamond orders in excess of INR 20,000 shall be made through account payee cheque or crossed DD.
  6. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kozhikode only.
